Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and Personal Checks.
Credit Cards
Orders can be paid for with a major credit card via our secure online order form, and will be automatically authorized for the order amount. However, WE WILL NOT charge your credit card until your order is shipped. If an item in your order is backordered we will only charge you for the items that actually ship and will charge you for the backordered item once it is in stock and has shipped (we will not recharge you another shipping fee).
For security reasons we will ship all credit card orders to the billing address of the credit card. If you need the package shipped to a different address please email us after placing your order with your name and order number and we can work out an arrangement.
Money Orders/Checks
All Money Orders and Checks must be received within 2 weeks of placing your order. If you can not get the check or money order to us within 2 weeks you must notify us via email (include your name and order number). We require 3 weeks for processing of personal checks before your order is shipped out. Orders paid with money orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days after we have received payment in the mail. Please printout the shopping cart page that contains the section where you input the form of payment (i.e visa, mastercard, discover, american express). This section also applies any shipping costs and sales tax if applicable and gives you the Total. Please enclose the printout of your order along with payment via mail.

Shipping Policy
Currently, shipping is only within the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service within 1 to 2 days of your order unless backordered or out of stock. All orders will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail unless you specify you wish to use standard ground shipping (cheaper but slower than Priority Mail, no tracking number either).
Free Shipping
All orders eligible for free shipping will be sent via U.S. Postal Service Standard Ground. Free shipping is only available for orders within the continental U.S. (Alaska and Hawaii addresses are not eligible for free shipping due to air freight costs). On orders containing wallscrolls, shipping will be free except for the small added fee as listed in the wallscroll shipping section. All orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Priority Mail. Our rates for U.S. Postal Service Standard and Priority Mail are as follows

Wall Scroll Shipping Policy
Since wallscrolls must be shipped seperately due to its unusual shape and to ensure no damage occurs to either the wallscroll or other products you may have ordered, we must add extra shipping costs in addition to the above prices. Wallscrolls are shipped via 3 ply spiral wound rigid kraft tubes. Our rates for U.S. Postal Service Standard and Priority Mail are as follows

Poster Shipping Policy
In order to calculate the poster shipping costs, you can just use the above wall scroll shipping policy. The conversion is 4 posters equals 1 wall scroll.
Backordered/Out of Stock
Orders containing items that are out of stock or backordered will not be shipped for 14 days in order to get all items in stock before shipping. After 14 days if the backordered or out of stock item is not received by us we will ship your order minus the backordered/out of stock item and will only charge you for the items that ship and the shipping charge. Once the backordered/out of stock item is received by us, we will ship that item to you and will charge you for that item only (you WILL NOT be charged another shipping fee). If we are unable to get the backordered item in stock within 30 days of the date you placed your order, we will automatically cancel that item and you will not be charged for that item.
Local and State Sales Tax
Unfortunately we must apply a 6% Sales Tax on all orders mailed to Pennsylvania. The government mandates we do this, so we have to abide (don't wanna have to watch our anime inside a prison). Thanks for your understanding.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order and the tracking number of your order once it has shipped. If you chose USPS standard ground shipping or if free shipping is applicable you will receive an email confirming your order and the date it was shipped.
Return Policy
If you have received a defective or damaged product you may return the item for exchange of the same product or in the case the item has been discontinued or is not available for re-order (backordered), you will be given store credit only. Products that have been damaged during transit or have only cosmetic defects cannot be refunded. Only products that are unusable can be returned (DVD will not play). If you wish to return a product you must follow these directions
1) Call or email us within 10 days of receiving your product at phone number/email listed below
2) Obtain Return Authorization Number
3) Ship product to address below (make sure to list the Return Authorization #)
All products returned to us will be viewed to verify that they are indeed defective and will be exchanged or store credit given. If the returned product has been found to be in working order it will be shipped back to you at your expense. Due to the recent policies implemented by many distributors and sub-distributors (they no longer accept returns of any kind), we must also implement these strict return policies. Anime Eden is not responsible for any orders lost or damaged while in transit by the delivery company.
